    Description

    Presented is a wonderful little Spanish colonial silver cup. This piece dates to the early 1800s. The body of the cup is done in a form reminiscent of a barrel, with a bright silver finish exterior. The interior of the cup is nice and clean, with visible hand hammering marks. The handle is done in a scrolled design.
    This piece is 900-925 purity silver.
    This piece is in great overall condition. There are some old solder repairs around the edge of the underside, which are not really noticeable unless the piece is turned upside down. These are, in our opinion, fairly minor. Otherwise there are no repairs, no splits, no dents, and no monograms.
    The cup stands about 2 1/4 inches tall.
    This piece weighs 56.5 grams or 1.9 regular ounces.
