Museum Quality a Pair of Lithuanian Silver Cups
Made in Vilnius in 1899-1908. The cups are hallmarked under the base and on the top with Russian with solid 84 (87.5%) purity silver with
kokoshnik head
, master J. Rabinovic (Postnikova catalog No 219) and assayer's A.A (
Anatolii Apollonovich
Artsybashev - catalog No 180
) marks - see the last 4 photos.
According Postnikova catalog data Artsybashev worked also in Moscow, but after 1898 he worked only in Vilnius.
Height - 9,5 cm. (1 inch=2,54 cm.). Total weight - 59 grams.
Condition:
Very good collectible condition, fully hand engraved, gold plated inside and outside. No repairs, no monograms.  Absolutely genuine, from private collection.
