    Grady Hatton (1922-2013) served in the Army during WW II, and was a left-handed hitting 3rd/2nd baseman, who played 12 seasons in the majors for the Reds (1946-1954), White Sox (1954), Red Sox (1954-1956), Cardinals (1956), Orioles (1956), and Cubs (1960). Primarily a 3rd baseman, He played in 1312 games, hitting .254, with 1068 hits, 91 HRs, and 533 RBIs. Hatton had his best season in 1947, hitting .281, with 16 HRs, and 77 RBIs, and was a 1952 All-Star. He later managed the Astros (1966-1968) compiling a record of 164-221..
