    Description

    This is a fine antique Austrian silver handled cup. The cup is clearly marked with the hallmark for 13 loth (750/1000), the date 1828, and letter “B” for city of Linz. The unknown maker’s mark is “IF”. The cup is quite large, standing 4 1/8 inches high and 4 3/8 inches in diameter (5 1/2 inches wide including the handle. The cup weighs 247 grams. Several dents, but in good condition with surface scratches commensurate with age, polishing, and use.
