LLPT double coated PE foam tape is designed with Acrylic adhesive for strong bond that works well with open cell foam structure to produce high shear strength. LLPT foam tape offers an ideal solution for a wide selection of bonding issues on various surface, which includes both interior and exterior applications.
A conformable foam and adhesive combination which provides long term holding; a pressure sensitive adhesive system that features high ultimate bond strength, good high temperature, solvent resistance and high shear holding power. Bond strength increases substantially with natural aging and perform satisfactorily when exposed to different chemicals or temperatures. The adhesive offers excellent bond to metal & high surface energy plastic and excellent chemical resistance.

APPLICATION: Very strong bonding, waterproof & weatherproof; it is safe for metal, concrete, marble, tiles, plastic, styrofoam and etc on automotive door & window sealing, trim strip, name plates, address plaques, signs, photo frames, insulation, posters, cushion electronics, power blocks, rubber mat, interior signage, portrait, cover gaps in door and windows, air conditioner hose and a lot of other applications at home & office where you need a secure & stable adhesive.
FEATURES: The double-sided foam adhesive tape is designed to resist curling, making your installation process fast, easy & mess-free, high shear strength, weather proof, oil resistance, anti-corrosion, dust proof, shock absorbing, buffering, sealing , sound proof heat insulation, anti skidding and insulating. It resists extreme temperature, moisture, humidity, UV and so on. No objectionable odor and nontoxic, tasteless, environment protection and no discoloration.
INSTALLATION: This foam tape is easy to be repositioned when it’s not fully compressed. Clean and dry surface first, wipe with ADHESION PROMOTER if some surface does not work well, apply the tape to objects and let it cure for 4-8 hours then stick to the walls with pressure, "X" shape neede at center for big objects. The longer time applied the stronger the tape will be molding into surfaces of objects.
MATERIAL LAYERS: The black base layer is foam formed from polyethylene with double coated Acrylic on both sides with pressure sensitive adhesive, for some surface if the tape does not work, spray Adhesion-PROMOTER first then stick the tape. The adhesive is protected by a peel away red liner that can be removed during your application or left in place until the joining surfaces are ready to be attached and it is easy to peel off by hand.
