Includes Order of Patriotic War 2nd Class #78270 (official duplicate, stamped S/N), Order of Red Star (official duplicate, stamped S/N), another 1945 issued order of Red Star, and full archival research (total of 12 color scans of 3 award cards and 3 citations for the above orders).
According to research, major Peretyatko was in charge of all recon teams of the 247th rifle division.
The first Red Star was awarded to him for getting to his recon group, while it was found and attacked by enemy forces, and organizing retreat without major losses, and still with valuable intel and one POW. Second Red Star was awarded for his skillful recon actions at Elbe River, during last months of war.
