, rare version, is in very fine to excellent condition. The Enamel and brass has perfect - completely free of the usual chips or flaking. The ridges are extremely well defined and crisp, nice, even patina. It is was awarded many years ago, but anyway this medal still in a good condition in corresponds to regarding its age. A great exemplar to add to your collection! The best indication of condition is to study the photographs carefully.
AWARD VERY ATTRACTIVE
, even patina on both sides indicates the authenticity of the product. The details of the bas-relief are perfect and extremely, practically all of the original enamel finish is present.
A superb example all through. The award retains beautiful luster everywhere. There are a no bumps or scratches especially visible. The twist and screw device is original and completed.

The Badge for people who have graduated from higher military educational institutions of the USSR Armed Forces of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics
(USSR Armed Forces, the Armed Forces of the USSR). Badge  Instituted by the Decree of the Presidium of the
Supreme Soviet of the  USSR number from 15 November 1950
"On the establishment of the badge for  people who have graduated from military academies and military  departments (offices) of civilian higher educational institutions of the  USSR", as amended in 1980 the name just changed, and began to sound "On  establishment badge for people who have graduated from higher military  educational institutions of the Armed Forces of the USSR.
