    According to the records, awarded to comrade Konoval Vladimir Ivanovich, by decree of Oct. 25, 1984. We were able to find comrade's Konoval biography, scan is attached. The Hero of the Socialist Labor title was awarded to him for his exceptional work at the famous Baikal-Amur Railroad (BAM)!
